• Project of Tam Nong ecological tourist and sport urban area in Phu Tho province. Invested capital for this project reaches 8.000 billion VN dong (roughly 500 million of USD); the area of land site for project is about 1,500 hectares. Presently, its investor, Viet Han Co., Ltd. is completing the master plan to submit to People's Committee of Phu Tho province and Dept of Planning and Investment for approval consideration.
• Project of 136 Ho Tung Mau-Cau Dien town, Ha Noi city. It includes Trading center, High-rise apartment and International School with a total area of 12.5ha and invested capital reaches 600 million USD (Almost 10.200 billion VND).
• Skypark project that locates at Phuoc Tinh – Phuc Hung – Long Dien district with a invested capital of almost 2.5 billion UDS and the total area of 92ha including:
• + First stage: Carrying on an area of 35ha including 5 star hotels, entertainment area, high-rise apartment, square, villa area and trading-service center.
