2. Completing documents for changing type of company:

Two parties will discuss the following contents:

•       Procedures for changing company;

•       Duration and conditions for transfer of assets, stock, bond and contributed capital of the changed company to the changing company;

•       Plan of employment;

•       Duration for transfer;

•       Being unanimous in charter of company changed;

•       Meeting minutes of change;

•       Decision on change;

•       Drafting documents: application for company change, members/shareholders list, and Charter of company

•       Other necessary documents;

3. Being representative for procedures carry-out:

•         Submitting application for business registration change;

•       Following up  process of settlement and reporting  result of submitted documents;

•      Receiving business registration certificate from  Planning and Investment Dept.

.     Submitting documents for the seal re-carving registration and having seal re-carved  for company at authorized Police Office;
