• Duration, procedures and conditions for transferring assets, contributed capital, stock and bond of the unified company to the new one;

• Charter of the unified company;
• Other relevant contents
2. Completing documents for establishing company:
• Minutes and decision of members board/ shareholders board meeting on unification;
• Legal copy of business registration certificate of the unified companies;
• Application for business registration;
• Members/shareholders list;
• Charter of company.
3. Being representative for procedures carry-out:
• Submitting documents for business registration certificate modification at Dept of Planning and Investment ;
• Following up process of settlement and reporting result of submitted documents;
• Receiving business registration certificate from Planning and Investment Dept.
. Submitting documents for the seal re-carving registration and having seal re-carved for company at authorized Police Office;
• Receiving certificate of registered seal sample and the seal of company;
• Proceeding company tax code registration.
