Procedures sequence and authority for tobacco production license

1.  Conditions to obtain license:

Being an organization or individual that has registered, has been established and operating under the law including:

•    Enterprises of all economic sectors that were established and operating as stipulated law

•    Cooperative that was established and is operating under the co-operative law

•    Business household and individual that has registered as stipulated  law

•    Other organizations established as stipulated law

2. Jurisdiction: Industry and Trade Department.

3. Time limit: 15 working days from the date of applying fully valid record.

4. Record is included:

Application for tobacco production license (conforming to form);

The minutes of investigating warehouse with conclusion of qualified preparations for fire-fighting

Production and business project

•    Description of the production area.

•    Source of raw material for production

•    List of raw materials suppliers.

•    List of staff and employees of company.

•    Warehouse conditions.

Map for fire-fighting equipments;

Sitemap of warehouse and rest area;

List of raw materials suppliers.

Principle agreement of materials supply with representative of materials region;

Copies of certificates of management titles;
