1. Viethangroup will consult:

• Consulting on regulations of the copyright law;

• Consulting on conditions and records of copyright protection;

• Consulting on methods of setting up content of writings;

2. Viethangroup completes registration record of copyright protection

• The transferring contract of copyright on a writing;

• Minutes of assignment in case a graphic work is created based on the assignment;

• Expediting the registration form of copyright protection;

3. We will expedite the following tasks:

• Being the representative of client appear at the Copyright Department to submit registration documents of copyright protection;

• Being representative to follow the progress of task, information, and reply of Copyright Department;

• Getting the results as the certificate of copyright registration;

• Complaining decision of  disapproved certification (if any);

4. Clients should provide the following documentations:

• 03 samples of writing;

• 03 explaining copies of writing content (if necessary);

• Information related to the writing: writing name, time of publication;

• Author’s creative ideas of composed writing;

• Pen name of author (if any);

• Detailed information of the author: permanent residence, Phone, Email, Fax;

• Establishment Licenseof  the organization which  is the owner of the writing (if any);
