•       Conditions to become members/ shareholders of the company;

•       Legal duties, rights and benefits of the members belonged to company;

•      Conditions for the members to participate in to Management Board, manager of the Company;

•      Sequence,  procedures for supplementary or withdrawal of  members of company;

•       Other relevant contents.

2. Completing documents for supplementary / withdrawal of members:

•       Meeting Minutes of supplementary/withdrawal of  members;

•       Decision on  supplementary/withdraw of members;

•       Announcement of business registration modification;

•       Letter of attorney;

•       Other relevant documents

3. Being representative for procedures carry-out:

•       Submitting documents for business registration certificate modification;

•       Following up  process of settlement and reporting  result of submitted documents;

•      Receiving business registration certificate from  Planning and Investment Dept.

4. Commitment to service after changing:

•      Consulting on drafting legal documents of enterprise to be suitable to modifified contents;

•      Supplying relevant legal documents as demand;

•      Giving instructions on relevant documents at Viet Han office;
