1.Consulting on legal  regulations  on business professions:

•       Business professions selected by the Company shall be suitable to legal regulations. Currently, business professions including: Common business professions and conditional business professions.

•     To conditional business professions, Viethangroup will consult for Company to meet necessary conditions before supplemtary carried out.

•       To common business professions, Viethangroup will advise you  seleting and arranging a suitable business profession system, especially, professions closely related with each other.

2. Completing supplemented records / profession withdrawal:

•       Meeting Minutes of business professions modification;

•       Decision on business professions modification;

•       Annoucement of business professions modification;

•       Letter of attorney;

•       Other relevant documents.

3.  Being representative for procedures carry-out:

•       Submitting documents of  business registration certificate modification;

•       Following up  process of settlement and reporting  result of submitted documents;

•      Receiving business registration certificate from  Planning and Investment Dept.

4. Commitment to  service after modifying business professions:

•      Consulting on drafting legal documents of enterprise to be suitable to modifified contents;
