Construction project management is an important field to ensure the project to be completed on schedule and ensure the quality of the work. The very importance of this task  has created a trend that  investors around the world have been employing  renowned professional management firms to manage their projects.

In the spirit of cooperation, Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Co., Ltd. and ITM CORPORATION decided to  establish a joint venture company that operates in the project management consultancy.

The ceremony of MOU conclusion of  two parties took place at the office of Viet Han Company on Sept 1st 2011. Representatives of the ITM Corporation attended the signing ceremony were included Mr. Lee Sung Gak - Vice Chairman of ITM CORPORATION, and Mr. Lee Kwang Hee - Chief Executive Officer of ITM CORPORATION.  To Viet Han company,  Mr. Dinh Truong Chinh - Chairman of Board Members was the representative. Besides other leaders of two parties also attended this event.
 

ITM Company is the key firm of ITM Corporation that is prestigious in South Korea in construction project management. For the aim to  become the best partner of all construction projects, ITM Corporation  has participated in more than 400 construction projects in Korea, China, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Philippines and other countries. The typical projects that ITM Group participated are the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam in Hanoi, Incheon International Airport - South Korea, Jeonju World Cup Stadium ...

This joint venture company  will manage and support Viet Han’s projects under implementation and other projects of both parties’ partners. 

The two companies hope that this connection will be the foundation to promote relations of the two companies and contribute to the success of projects invested by Viet Han as well as contribute to the development of project management in Vietnam.
