After the memorandum of cooperation signed between the two parties on 1.9.2011, the leaders  of ITM visited Viet Han to promote the scale of investment of projects of Viet Han.

Arriving in Hanoi on Sept  23, 2011, Executive Board of Viet Han had  a working  session with ITM for the exchange of specific content on mutually cooperated items.

ITM Company is the key firm of ITM Corporation that is prestigious in South Korea in construction project management. For the aim to  become the best partner of all construction projects, ITM Corporation  has participated in more than 400 construction projects in Korea, China, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Philippines and other countries. The typical projects that ITM Group participated are the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam in Hanoi, Incheon International Airport - South Korea, Jeonju World Cup Stadium ...

The meeting came to consensus on the results that would establish Viet Han-  ITM joint-stock company. The new company will operate in project management consultant, construction management, design consultant, and construction supervising consultant  .

Both two companies hope this connection will be the foundation to promote relations between the two companies and contribute to the success of projects in which Viet Han  is investing as well as contributing to the development of the field of project management in Vietnam.

Both two sides also agreed to jointly offer orientation  for scale of important investment in projects of Viet Han and look  towards each step of  specific implementation.

At the end of meeting, the two sides agreed to quickly implement the coming steps as stated in content of investment promotion for a better cooperation.
