Dear guests of honor, news agencies - radio and television stations, and all delegates to be present today.

Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Viet Han Company)was assigned by People's Committee  of Hung Yen province  to represent the investors to hold up the zoning planning for Pho Hien University according to Decision No. 02 / QD-UBND  of Hung Yen province dated  22 Mar, 2011.

Viet Han Company was founded in 2006 including five member companies with business in real estate, investment, consulting on project formation, consulting on procedures of investment license  for both oversea firms operating in Vietnam and domestic firms. Viet Han Company focuses on investing and developing projects with large-scale range to attract oversea and domestic secondary investors to participate in investment and cooperate in  projects development.  Currently, Viet Han is known as one of the leading estate companies in Vietnam with the prominent projects such as Skypark Complex Area in Long Dien district - Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Castle Plaza Residence - Commerce - Office project in  Hanoi; Tam Nong Sport Ecotourism Urban Area in Phu Tho province ;  And the assignment on behalf of the investor to form the zoning planning for Pho Hien University - Hung Yen showed the efforts of Viet Han company and affirmed the active self-controlling position of enterprises in Vietnam in attracting investment and meeting  the needs of life as well as that of learning increasing of Vietnamese in the new period.

Aiming to find the best plan for the Pho Hien University Urban Area,   creating the premise for the project implementation in next stages,  Viet Han Company collaborated with the Architectural Journal  to hold the International Competition  for Architectural Planning Ideas  for  Pho Hien University Urban Area - Hung Yen (ratio 1/2000).

Being launched on 8 April, 2011, the competition has attracted the attention of numerous domestic and international architects. After nearly three months of launching competition, the Organizing Committee has received nine plans from eight competitors. From these projects,  the Examining Council has been fairly and objectively  working to pick out the most outstanding proposal which has the  vision for the university urban area, meeting  most effectively requirement of regulations of aesthetics, architectural planning, landscape, utilities, and effectively deploying three resources: land, infrastructure ,and manpower, coupling the existing technical infrastructure  and the new construction area, creating a new urban area with modern style, sync planning and high feasibility.

Viet Han Company and Hung Yen province  desire to found a civilized, modern university urban area with own characters and environment-friendly that attract universities and communities to reside, work, and study at Pho Hien University Urban Area in Hung Yen province, on which it would create a university urban area model. The competition of Architectural Planning Ideas for Pho Hien Universiry Urban Area in Hung Yen province has been successfully completed,  bringing the initially  breaking-through idea to construct the first bricks on the realization path of The first university urban area in Vietnam.
