May 11, 2010, Ha Noi City People’s Committee issued a Decision No 2106/QĐ-UBND dated May 11 May 2010 on approving the detailed master plan (ratio: 1/500) for Project of housing-office-service named the Castle Plaza – located at 136 Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien Town, Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City invested by Viet Han Trading –Advertising-Construction-Real Estate Co., Ltd.

The design of the master plan (ratio: 1/500) of Castle Plaza includes a complex of housing-office-high class services with a total area of 12, 17 hectares, of which 54,850 sqm for functional high-rise housing buildings, 9,238 sqm for trade-office-public service area, 21,379 sqm for school (primary & secondary levels), the remained area consisting of 13.796 sqm for green trees and garden yard.

The project’s architectural space & landscape are programmed in the trend of improving quality of environment to create a harmonious, modern & vivid architecture. Schools are located at Southeast of the project with a range of green trees and neighboring works as follows:

A complex of offices-services: with 40 stories arranged at Northeast, is an important part at the gateway of the project, bordered by the urban route with horizontal section of 43m and opposite of the Park Area and right next to Mai Dich regulating reservoir. In addition, the complex has a space of green scenery, airy & pure lake, it helps lessen daily working stress, creates a picturesque beauty, a synchronous architecture on the main road axis and an aesthetic view at the planned park.
