Being located in the center of New Urban Area of Long Hai town which links the main transportation roads across this zone, The Viet Han Residential Area No 3 with its total estimated investment capital of about 900 billion VND is expected to be one of the most modern, deluxe, and beautiful urban area of Ba Ria Vung Tau province when completed.

The Viet Han Residential Area No 3 with its area of 20.98 ha is divided into many functional areas including terrace area, garden-house area, the trade-service complex area, hotel-office-apartment area, schools, entertainment park and physical exercise-sport area.

The Viet Han Residential Area No 3 is contiguous to gas pipeline corridor in the East which is regarded as the green park for the whole area. In the West, it is contiguous to the Provincial Road No 44 linking to the main roads of the New Urban Area of Long Hai town that lead to the coastal area. The designing structure is based on the functional areas of the whole project made in a chessboard pattern in order to facilitate the infrastructure of the project. The whole area will include the public center located in the West and the residential zone which will be located along the planned internal roads.  The high-rise apartments will be located in the East and South of the project.

The detailed plan in ratio 1/500 of the Viet Han Residential Area No 3 was approved by the People’s Committee of Long Dien district on 24th March, 2010. So far, the stocktaking for compensation, ground clearance of the project has been completed. The project is planned to be started by the end of this year. The followings are the plan statement of the Long Dien district People’s Committee and some overall perspectives of the Viet Han Residential Area No 3.
