Viet Han Residential Area No 3

In pursuing the development strategy for Long Hai town, the People’s Committee of Long Dien district approved the detailed plan in ratio 1/500 of the Viet Han Residential Area No 3 on the 24th March, 2010 which Viet Han Trading-Advertising-Construction-Real Estate co., Ltd was assigned to be the investor. The total investment capital for this project is estimated to reach 900 billion VND.

The detailed plan in ratio 1/500 of the Viet Han Residential Area No 3 with its area of 22.9 ha including the Resettlement Area for local people within the project will account for 12%; about 30% area of the project is for the people coming from the Long Dien Sky Park Beach Project. The area for transportation, park, and schools will make up about 53%, the rest of the area of the project will be used for business activities of the investor.

The People’s Committee of Long Dien district approved the overall plan for compensation, removal support and resettlement by the end of last month. The Viet Han Residential Area No 3 project is supposed to be started  by the end of this year.

Viet Han Residential Area No 5

Also in accordance with the development strategy of the Long Hai town, the People’s Committee of Long Dien district approved the detailed plan in ratio 1/500 of the Viet Han Residential Area No 5 on the 04th September, 2009 which Viet Han Trading-Advertising-Construction-Real Estate co., Ltd was assigned to be the investor.

The Viet Han Residential Area No 5 project with its area of about 17 ha is located in Long Hai town, Long Dien district, Ba Ria Vung Tau province. The total investment capital for this project is estimated to reach 700 billion VND.

Similar to the Viet Han Residential Area No 3, most of its area will be used for resettlement except the area for transportation, park, and schools (about 53%). This is one of the important projects in Ba Ria Vung Tau province that the Viet Han Trading-Advertising-Construction-Real Estate co., Ltd was assigned to be the investor.
